Direct-to-Growth (DTG)

Over the last ten years, the direct-to-consumer space exploded into consumers' homes as the disrupters of the retail space. But for many of these D2Cs, the honeymoon is over. Sales have dropped, and their share of the market is dwindling.

Our team was asked to create a campaign that communicated to D2Cs that Epsilon had just the tools to help them retain customers and gain new ones. That's how Direct to Growth was born. Our campaign included seat drops at a major marketing conference, a four-step infographic, and a direct-mail piece that mirrored a direct-to-consumer cosmetic company. These tactics highlighted our insights into consumer behavior and deep understanding of the D2C position in this new marketing landscape.
